Mr Bull Tough Seal-71 BT is a specialized supra-bond Latex product developed for the areas like bathroom. This product protects your floor and walls from water penetration permanently. Most common problems faced by house owners are water seepage from bathroom either towards the exterior of the building or towards the bed room and sitting room. To stop this problem permanently, use Tough Seal 71 BT either at the time of construction or can use before fixing tiles.
Application:- Surface Preparation:- Clean the surface by removing all the loose particles, dirt, oil and grease. Vacuum clean the surface to remove all dust and loose particles.
Common Waterproofing:- Mix Mr Bull Tough Seal 71-BT with cement in the ratio of 1:3 by volume and apply 2-3 coats. Add small quantity of water for better brushability.
As a bond coat in repair:- Mix Mr Bull ToughSeal 71 BT with cement in 1:1 ratio by volume and apply on a pre-wetted surface. Overlay repair mortar when the bond coat still wet or tacky.
Repair mortar:- Mix Mr Bull ToughSeal 71-BT 500 ml, 1 kg cement and 1.5 kg silica sand mix it properly for use as repair mortar along with 200 ml water for better workable consistency.
As screed Concrete:- Mix Mr Bull ToughSeal 71 BT 15 kg in 50 kg cement, 75 kg sand and 75 kg 6 mm aggregates along with 10 Litre water. Mix all the mixture well before application.
