Description:- It is a milky white liquid based on Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) specially developed for the area with higher traffic movement along with water storage.
Surface Preparation:-Clean the surface thoroughly and remove all possible contaminants. Remove all surface imperfections and repair with a polymer modified mortar using Mr.Bull UltraTough 901.
Apply a coat of primer using Prime strong PDR 77 using a spray for better penetration and absorption.
Common Waterproofing:- Mix Mr Bull UltraTough 901 with Grey Portland cement in the ratio of 1:2 by volume and apply 2-3 coats.
As a bond coat in repair:- Mix Mr Bull UltraTough 901 with cement in 1:1.5 ratio by volume and apply on a pre-wetted surface. Overlay repair mortar when the bond coat still wet or tacky.
Mortar Prepration:- Mix Mr Bull UltraTough 901 by 0.5 kg, cement 1 kg and 1.5 kg sand, mix it properly for use as repair mortar along with 200 ml water by weight of cement for better workable consistency.
As screed Concrete:- Mix Mr Bull UltraTough 901 15 kg, cement 50 kg, sand 75 kg and 6 mm aggregates 80 kg along with 15 kg water. Mix all the mixture well before application.
