Cementitious Polymerized Latex based multi usage waterproofing
On-site mixingis suggested to form the ideal product to waterproof and resurface concrete, masonry and most other construction materials. Simply applied by stiff brush, roller or trowel, it forms waterproof, flexible coatings. Premium Bond provides an effective barrier to waterborne salts and atmospheric gases. Premium bond provides a hardwearing, seamless waterproof membrane for roofs, foundation, bathroom, roof garden and even sunken areas.

Application:-
Surface Preparation:-Clean the surface by removing all dust, flakes, oil, grease and algae. Apply a coat of primer using Prime strong PDR 77 using a spray for better penetration and absorption.
Common Waterproofing:- Mix Mr Bull PREMIUM BOND 1 kg with 2.5 kg Grey Portland cement and 1 kg water and apply 2-3 coats. Apply second coat at the right angle to the first and so on.
As a bond coat in repair:- Mix Mr Bull PREMIUM BOND 1 kg with cement 1.5 kg and apply on a pre-wetted surface. Overlay repair mortar when the bond coat still wet or tacky.
Mortar Preparation:- Mix Mr Bull PREMIUM BOND 1 kg, cement 1 kg and 1.5 kg sand, mix it properly for use as repair mortar along with 200 ml water by weight of cement for better workable consistency.
As screed Concrete:- Mix Mr Bull PREMIUM BOND 15 kg, cement 50 kg, sand 75 kg and 6 mm aggregates 80 kg along with 15 kg water. Mix all the mixture well before application.
(Elastomeric polymer based UV resistant waterproofing)
Description:- Durotuff is a flexible, elastomeric coating based on UV resistant acrylic co-polymer. Applied as a liquid it cures to form a durable, protective, waterproof membrane. It is a single component emulsion containing inert pigments and has a brushable consistency. This product is excellent as a seamless and elastomeric waterproofing coating for timber, asbestos and zinc sheets, asphalt, build-up felt and even tiles. Elastomeric membrane of Durotuff is made for withstand during minor structural movement without cracks. Durotuff is designed for the protection of concrete structures against carbonation and chloride ingress.
Area of application:- Terrace roof, bridges, walls etc

Direction for use:- All concrete surfaces should be treated to achieve clean surface free from dust, oil, grease and contaminant that could impair adhesion.
Surface depressions, blow holes, aggregate pop-outs etc should be rectified with PREMIUM BOND. Priming should be done with PRIME STRONG PDR -77 for better adhesion. For final application Dilute DUROTUFF with 300 ml water and apply 2 to 3 coats within the interval of 3-4 hours between each coat. The first being allowed to dry, before the second is applied. Apply the second coat at the right angle to the first.
(Thermo insulating UV compound which resists heat)
Description:- Thermostat is a thermo-insulative coating which is made up with specially developed polymer and granules. The quality of the coating is so effective that it radiates unwanted UV and Infra-red rays back to the atmosphere. It resists penetrating the heat into the structure.
Thermostat is washable, scrub resistant and waterproof in nature. It keeps interior temperature 7-8 degree cooler. It reduces electricity cost for cooling the interior.
APPLICATION:- Concrete, mortar and masonry surface must be clean, free from grease, oil and loose adhering particles. Clean surface with water and remove the old paint flakes if any. If the application surface is made with metal then apply primer with Zinc phosphate for anti corrosion. If the surface is made up of concrete and asbestos, apply Premium Bond before application.
Thermostat is a water based compound which is diluted with water in proportion of 15% before application. Apply 2-3 coats within the interval of 3 to 4 hours.
Uses:- Exterior terrace, RCC Surface. Asbestos sheet etc.

Elastomeric Primer For Better Bonding.
PRIME STRONG PDR-77 is a elastomeric Latex based multipurpose Primer which can apply before all kind of waterproofing. It’s an efflorescence resistant primer. It can be easily applied on all internal and external surfaces. It penetrates deep inside the applied area and imparts excellent substrate adhesion.
Application Method:- Clean the surface by removing old flakes, dust or grease. Vacuum clean the surface to remove all dust & loose particles. Apply a coat of PRIME STRONG PDR-77 as a primer coat for better penetration and life.
DILUTION:- 200 ML water in 1 Litre and mix well before application.
COVERAGE:- 8 to 10 sq. Mtr/Litre/coat.
